We want to do all we can to help you with your decision process. These FAQs should help you to answer most of your questions, however we are always happy to address any question not listed by email, or give us a call.

Commercial Services FAQs

Q: What type of equipment do you use?

A: We use various professional digital SLR cameras and lenses, Sony 3CCD Broadcast quality HD video cameras. We have smaller economic quadcopter (4 prop) drones with HD Video and a 14mp still camera and we have large commercial hexacopter (6 prop) drones equipped with a Sony 24mp camera and full HD video.

Q: Do you offer any guidance or advice for commercial projects?

A: Yes, when Lentez does your project, we are happy to work with your project leader(s) to help develop a production plan and schedule to ensure all are prepared for the shoot.

Q: What if I want to change the project mid way through?

A: That’s fine. If it looks like there will be a difference in costing, we advise of that prior to altering the original project. If the change results in a lesser costing, we will refund the difference upon project completion. If there is an additional costing, we will provide the details in writing for approval prior to making the changes. Depending on the scope difference, it may be necessary to include an additional deposit.

Q: Are there other costs involved such as travel time?

A: Each project is assessed and quoted on a case-by-case basis. In the event that travel time, or expense, is required, we will discuss this with you in advance and include it in the quote so there are no surprises.

Q: Will we get a formal quote for our project?

A: Absolutely! We will prepare a detailed quote for your project and deliver it to you via email as soon as is possible.

Q: How do we contract you for our project?

A: All we require is a 50% deposit to secure your project in the production schedule. The balance is due at the handover of the media upon completion.

Q: Is my deposit refundable?

A: It is eligible for a refund providing your cancellation is due to an unforseen emergency and we haven’t yet begun work on the project.
